At mixnblend , we are committed to providing the highest quality, freshest juice for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements:

  • If your juice arrives damaged, spilled, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for dissatisfaction with taste, as taste preferences can vary.

Freshness Assurance:

  • All of our juices are made fresh daily, without preservatives, to ensure peak flavor and nutritional value. We recommend consuming your juice within [specific time frame, e.g., 72 hours] to maintain its freshness and quality.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Please email us at mixnblendjuices@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  • Once we review your claim, we will process your refund or send a replacement if it meets the criteria stated above.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Refunds cannot be offered for products that are not stored properly (e.g., left unrefrigerated) after delivery.
  • Refunds are not available for orders that have exceeded the recommended consumption window.
